Who we are
Tyler Football Officials is located in Tyler, Texas. Our website is tylerfootballofficials.com.
Information you provide
Our recruiting, contact, and local dues forms request contact information such as your name, email, and phone number. The contact form also asks for your topic and message; the recruiting form asks about your officiating experience. The Ask the Chapter window uses the contact form.
We use this information to respond to inquiries, support recruiting and chapter operations, and handle dues-related questions. Form entries are stored in the website’s form system and sent to the chapter’s configured email recipient. Contact and recruiting forms also send you an acknowledgment. The chapter receives scheduled reports of form entries for follow-up.
Do not include payment-card details, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information in a message. Complete any dues payment through the payment process presented by the dues form.
Technical information and spam protection
The website and its service providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser details, approximate location, and form activity to operate the site, manage submissions, and reduce spam. The site uses WordPress, WPForms, and anti-spam tools.
Analytics and interactions
The site uses Google Analytics and website statistics tools to understand traffic and improve content. Public-page interaction events include navigation, resource clicks, opened questions, selected inquiry topics, and successful contact or recruiting submissions. The custom interaction events added to this site do not include your name, email, phone number, or message text.
These statistics help the chapter understand which resources and topics visitors find useful. See our cookie information for more about browser cookies.
External websites and embedded content
Links may take you to third-party services, suppliers, documents, or platforms. Embedded content can behave as though you visited the third-party website directly. Those services may use their own cookies and collect information under their own policies.
